I understand your concern and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have canceled the Auto-renewal for your AVG TuneUp Unlimited subscription and you will not be charged in future.
I signed up for a 30 day free trial of the AVG PC Tuneup. I would like to cancel as it has been a week in and it has not enhanced my AVG Antivirus. It is not in "my products" and your chat does NOT load. I have Chrome and I.E. and both have been saying "loading" for 20 minutes. I read that I will be charged 15 days before the actual renewal date, which is an inconvenience to me. Please cancel this subscription as there is nowhere for me to do so. I tried using everything and there is no option otherwise. Thank you.
