I would like to cancel my subscription to AVG and request a refund for £74.99 that was taken from my account 2 days ago.Vanish (customer support) replied to my question at 3:30PM on the 27/5/2020 saying we acknowledge my request and confirm my right for the refund but that is all I have had, no refund or anything confirming my cancellation of my subscription
