Cancel Subscription completely

HI Melissa,

We will help you to cancel your AVG subscriptions.

When checking your account we could see that you only have AVG Internet Security as an active subscription, we have cancelled the automatic renewal for this subscription and it won't be renewing in future.

It is not possible to provide you refund for this subscription as this subscription doesn't fall under 30 days refund policy.

Good Evening,

The computer I currently use with an AVG antivirus subscription is about to be destroyed.  It's an extremely old system and we've update to an Apple so no longer require AVG in any form - thank you for your coverage until now though, the service has been excellent.

How do I both cancel the remainder of my current subscription and apply for refund of unused portion if possible AND cancel any future payments which will not be needed?
