Cancel subscription is soooo difficult. It is like Fraud

I have tried for days to cancel my subscription.  A SUBSCRIPTION I NEVER USED.  I AM 78 AND BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF! 
I am unsure if I used yahoo or gmail and I cannot resent my password.  I SIGNED UP FOR A TRIAL AND COULD NEVER STOP THE SUBSCRIPTION AND NOW I AM BEING CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY.  STOP
