Sorry to hear that you cannot cancel the subscription from your end.
I have cancelled it from my end and assure you will not be charged for its renewal. An email confirmation has also been sent confirming the same, please check your inbox and spam box as well.
I wish to cancel my AVG, my account says I do not have a subscription, but AVG have emailed me saying they will take £74.99 from my bank card on 29th November. I wish to cancel any agreement with AVG and cannot see how to do this online, can you advise please.
