I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused. I see that you have already cancelled automatic renewal for AVG PC TuneUp (expires on 2018.11.30, it will not get renewed automatically) and as per your request I have cancelled the automatic renewal for your AVG Internet Security automatic renewal (it has been already renewed today and it will expires on 2019.11.6). I also checked, there is no other active automatic subscription renewal. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal.

I wish to cancel the automatic renewal of my subscription, but even following your instructions there is no button to cancel - that is not a good customer service, I feel I am being held hostage by you and going in circles - it is shameful that one cannot cancel a subscription as you state but give one the runaround to to no avail. So - please cancel my subscription as of IMMEDIATELY AND REMOVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I am furious at this non-service
