Yes I want to receive a refund for this subscription as it won’t work with the software I use for work. Yes I did call you and was on the phone for nearly 1 hour the advisor was trying to connect to my laptop and told me to switch of my firewall and reset my computer so he could access it with his guru at which point he could for about 2 minutes and then it got cut off so he made me rest the computer again and again and now my Microsoft office has stopped working I think it might have a virus I’m unsure so I’m now in the process of trying to reinstall it. To be honest I just want my money back before you take it

I am absolutely disgusted I’ve tried to cancel my subscription as I don’t want it anymore but have spent over a hour on the phone with someone trying to access my computer and now my outlook email won’t work I just want a simple refund I’ve cancelled my renewal for next year but I don’t want it this year

I think you need to look into this company and see why they are working on your behalf and accessing peoples computers to delete your software
