Cancel subscription

I called and canceled my subscription the following month I was billed again through my PayPal account. I have sent emails and have followed all the steps to cancel my subscription through their website. The Returned email stated they did not recognize my email or my subscription. I have spent a lot of time trying to cancel this subscription before it is billed to my Paypal account again
