Hello, I installed a free trial of the AGV tune-up, and it didn’t help as much as I’d like (my computer is ancient) so I was wondering if I can cancel my tune-up subscription, but keep the free basic protection. When I signed up for the free trial it asked for my card number, so I’m assuming it will auto-renew and charge me when the trial ends in four days. I would like it to not charge my card, and for my card info to be deleted. Thanks!
