I have canceled the automatic renewal for AVG Ultimate and you will not be charged once the trial period ends.

Good Morning! 
First of all, forgive me, my english is not perfect. My problem is the following: yesterdy I've got a payment notification, which says my trial version AVG Ultimate (60 days) will be end on 2018.07.20. and my bank account will be charged automatically 15 days prior to the start of the next subscription period. I can't afford to pay it, so I would like to cancel the extension, which I couldn't have done in "MyAccount". Thank you in advance for your help.
