hi there, i started the free subscription thinking it would be easy to cancel, but as you know that isn't really the case. i don't think i have the subscription on this account but on an old account that i forgot the password to and the password for the old email to reset it is long gone, i have the subscription code and access to my paypal account where i put the payment on.
