Hello Sabrina,
We see that you would like to cancel the Auto renewal for one of the AVG Program. We have successfully cancelled the auto renewal for AVG PC Tuneup and you will not get charge in the future.  We also see that you have AVG Internet security with Auto Renewal option turned On. If you wish to cancel AVG Internet security also, please let us know we will assist you.

I don't even know where to turn that off! Like Bill Harman's post I feel like I'm in a continuous loop of pressing links to emails and nothing gets done! I thought I canceled it yesterday online but apparently not! Please cancel (turn off) the internet security automatic renewal.

I can't find anyway online to cancel my subscription before they charge my credit card for another year.
