Please unsubscribe me from AVG tuneup subscription. The software doesn't fit to my
expectations, AVG doesn't work after i restore from windows 10's 1903 version to 1809.

Well, i can help the AVG's team about my case.
I bought a new laptop last year december, a lenovo yoga 530 for office jobs. After a half year for the first time my laptop fall under 20% charge, and became very slow.The CPU do only 0,38 Ghz frequency, and it can't be changed. I didn't know why it happen so I tried many things to solve my problem, like turn off softwares or use AVG's tune up software, but nothing helped it. After that i tried update to windows 1903 version, but it was much slower so i restored 1809 version, and after that AVG couldn''t be strated anymore ( nor antivirus nor tune up) so i uninstalled them. I was dissapointed about them and i totally forgot about i ever tried AVG tune-up's full version, and today morning i got my email, about i should pay for the software i don't want to use.
After all, i confirm to refund for this charge please.
