I will help you with cancelling the subscription.

On checking your account, you have AVG Antivirus subscription valid till 2020.3.9. Do you wish to cancel the auto-renewal for this subscription? However, I do not see any recent charges. I have sent an email requesting more information to check the charges. Please check the email and revert back.

I cancelled my subscription last year and I have just been debited again. 
There is no option on the website to cancel subscriptions. 
I need this cancelled now and be refunded
