Hello Sahimi,

We'll certainly look into this to get this issue sorted out. When checking the order number that you have provided the automatic renewal is about to happen and no money was taken recently on your account. The charge of €54.99 was happened last year and it is not possible to refund that amount. I have cancelled the automatic renewal for the subscription and it won't be renewing in future.

I was just startled to have received an e-mail dated 6 June 2018 from you stating that my subscription has been automatically renewed, quoting order number 10228741972 for the amount of €54.99. I want to make it clear that I do not use your anti-virus software anymore. Hence, I want my subscription cancelled and/or terminated with immediate effect. I want a full refund for the amount charged.
