I want to cancel my subscription but it is saying there is no subscription there yet! nor is there any order history for my account yet i have just been charged $113.99 for the DriAvg Technologies Www.Avg.Com Nsw on 27 June and another $49.99 for DriAvg Technologies Www.Avg.Com IrI again.

Can you please help? if not I will go to the NSW Fair Trading to lodge a complaint
