Cancel subscription

I've the antivirus subscriptions and I want to cancel it but … when I try to cancel it, the sistem answer me that

ANNULLAMENTO DELL'ABBONAMENTO

Verrà ricevuto un messaggio email da AVG per la verifica dell'identità. Seguire le istruzioni fornite nel messaggio.

In english AVG told me that will be sent to me un email to verify mi identity but ... I sent this request YESTERDAY and till now I've received  NONE.
I check also in the spam and other directory  ... none from AVG.
Any suggestion? TX
