Hi, Despite the message last week from AVG Support-Customer Care, 
Hello M,

Thank you for contacting AVG.

We would like to inform you that the Subscription (automatic renewal) has been cancelled for your license:
AVG Secure VPN (5 devices)
Expiry date: Feb 27, 2021

AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device)
Expiry date: Feb 27, 2021

The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal.

… today I received an Email saying

Your subscription has been renewed
Dear M XXX,


Your AVG subscription has been automatically renewed, and you have been charged the amount below.

How can I avoid being charged and really cancel this order (it was a free 1 month test)
