MyAccount doesnt let me cancel my subscription??

Do you get any error while cancelling the subscription from AVG my account?
If yes, share the (screenshot) of the error to assist further.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
On your behalf, we have cancelled the auto renewal for AVG Internet Security (60-day Trial) registered on your ****@gmail.com account.
The trial will expire on 9th July 2018 and auto charge will not happen for this trial.
