I had cancel my subcription in year 2019, but I did not noticed that it automatically renewed in year 2020 until yesterday. Although I am already request refund for year 2021 today, but it is already automatically deducts from my account in year 2020. How can I chase back my money for year 2020? And there's no unsubsribe button on my page.

Hi, I'm pretty sure when I first subscribed to the AVG tune up in the year 2019, I was not authorized for the auto renew. However, it was still deducted from my account in the year 2020 and 2021 until today when I noticed it. Is there any possibility that I can chase back my money for the year 2020 since it subscribes under the condition of not authorized?
