Please clarify whether your Windows runs on S-mode.
If so, we can help you to install AVG programs after disabling S mode (if you prefer).
I have purchased a new HP computer which runs windows 11 and they will not accept any programs that are not purchased thru mirco shop
So can you please cancel all my programs etc and refund to my account
