I got a payment notification on 8th August 2020 from AVG that I will be charged on 7th September 2020. However, I have cancelled the subscription already on 17th February 2019, as I use the services from a competitor. How can I get the cancellation respected? There is no acceptable information on AVG’s website about how to cancel all subscriptions with AVG. I have asked for a confirmation of the cancellation, but get no answer.
Any advice on how to cancel for good!
