We see that you've already created a refund request and received the email confirmation for the same.
It's not possible to remove payment details alone. If you'd like to remove/delete all your details with AVG, you can go to Contact AVG Support - AVG Phone Number, and Chat Support, enter your email address and click Request Access. After that, please check your inbox > click "Go to Portal" button > Support > scroll down and submit a request for data deletion.
NOTE: Your existing AVG subscriptions will no longer be valid once you deleted your account.

I would like to cancel all my AVG subscriptions but on the subscriptions page where it says it shows an unsubscribe button there is none. I also would like my credit card details completely removed but under payment there is only a list of transactions and no way to remove the credit card linked to automatic renewals. I am very unhappy about this as I should be able to change these details and I should definitely be given the chance to unsubscribe from any products I don't want. It does not help that you send an email a few days before renewal if I am unable to unsubscribe. The only way I have been able to contact support is via this platform. Really shocking customer service. I have requested a refund of the AVG VPN subscription that was renewed as I could not unsubscribe. I also request that all my payment information be removed from your site.
