We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the AVG subscription.  
However, upon checking your account, we see that the automatic renewal is already disabled. Hence, you're unable to locate the option 'Unsubscribe' in AVG My Account. 
You can be rest assured that the trial license will not be renewed further.
