Cancel trial period Tune-up

I wish to cancel the trial period and renewal for my Tune-up but cannot see how to do it. It does not appear in My Subscriptions. Please advise

I have the same issue here but mine is AVG Internet Security. And I am from Singapore, there’s no way I can contact them for support via online.
