Our refund policy allows us to initiate refund for orders that are within 30 days of purchase.
As requested, we've disabled the automatic renewal of Secure VPN & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
However, it can be used on Windows, Mac, Android & iOS devices. If you re-consider, you can use it.
If you'd still like to cancel & get refunded, we do understand.
On 9/7/2019 I ordered and paid for a subscription to AVG VPN without looking into the downside of using one. Is it possible to cancel my subscription and get a refund? I want to turn off automatic renewal also. Thank you.
Sharon, you have already cancelled the auto renewal for AVG Secure VPN - Multi-Device (1 Year) purchased on 5th September 2019.
Hence, you have received the email confirming the same.
We have initiated the refund for it and an email has been sent explaining its status.
If the email is not found in inbox do check in spam and junk folders.
