We would like to clarify that the email notification will be sent 15 days prior to the trial expiry date.
You have already turned off the auto renewal service for your AVG TuneUp Multi-Device (60 day) trial before receiving the email notification.
Hence, you will not be auto charged for it. However, you may get email reminders to renew the subscription when it reaches the expiry.

I took on your free trial of AVG PC Tuneup but never received a email to cancel it near the end of the trial period. Today you updated it which reminded me that I had not received the promised cancellation or subscribe Email.On checking my AVG account I see you have marked it up as "SUBSCRIBED". I do not want it or need it as its not as good as the current app that I am subscribed to from another company. I want it Unsubscribed and any payment you mat have already taken from my bank refunded. Im happy with AVG Internet Security and will continue with that.
Very underhanded to say you will send me a email as a reminder but then don't, but then go ahead and then subscribe me…
