In the meanwhile we have been charged with 89,99 Euros instead of 54,99 Euros by DRI AVG Technologies www.avg.com IE and are still unable to get this momey for the unwanted continuation of free period back ! They ask us for for an order or IR number but that we never did receive.
I have sent sent more details to AVG and hope they can solve this for us.

Where can I do this? I want to avoid that 54,99 Euros will be charged against my credit card details that I had to fill in. If I am too late how can we reimburse and reverse that situatrion?

Please take a note that the exact time the refunded amount will reach your account depends on payment operators, therefore we can no longer influence this process.
Generally, it should not take more than 7 business days.
Paul, you must be referring to order ID number of your payment.
