Cancelation of subscription

Hi AVG. I have cancelled my subscription, but you still have loaded my credit card with one more year subscription. I have requested a refund, but not heard from you. My old subscription expires July 7. Yo stated in email that my subscription expires july 7. because credit card was expired. I did not update credit card info, because not interested in continuing subscription. But anyway you managed to load my new credit card. SInce i'm still well within the 30 days money-back period, i expect to hear from you soon. Show me that you are a serious company. Regards Kurt
