Hi, I was trying out 2 avg products on the free trail basis but decided to cancel the products before the expiration date. I followed the directions on the reminder email that was sent to me and thought that it would be cancelled after that action, only to find that avg is still trying to deduct the payments even after I have cancelled the subscriptions before the payment due dates. When I went back into the section to find the cancellation button, it has disappeared and the support section is just sending me around in circles with no solutions. What should I do?
