Canceled subscription and reports still get generated

I had a subscription on 3 computers for "

AVG AntiVirus Business Edition"

It expired in Jan 2024, but I still get daily "reports" from those devices.
How do I STOP those daily e-mails/reports from getting generated.
I no longer have the computers either.
