Canceled subscription over a year ago and still getting billed

I have only realiuzed not there have been two payments from my account of ±$32 to DRI*AVG Technologies. 

I certainly canceled subscription over a year ago and also logged into my account to see and i have no subscriptioned enabled. This is theft. 

How do i get a refun pls?
