Canceled subscription

I can understand your frustration.
I see that the AVG Internet Security has already been refunded today.
Also, the Auto Renewal was charged on 2017.10.11 whereas the Auto Renewal was cancelled on 2017-10-22.

I've checked your Account and there are no further Auto Renewals in your account. You won't be charged automatically in future.

I would like to know why I was charged for a subscription that was canceled last year. A $64.00 charge was billed to my credit card. I have an e-mail verifing that it was canceled. I bought an AVG for all devices and you would not refund my money last year so I continued to use it. I renewed the other  subscription not expecting that you would charge me again. I have contacted my credit card company in dispute of charge. will expect a full refund.
