However, from your account I see that you have AVG Internet Security (1 computer), expires on 4/7/2018, also see that you have already cancelled the AVG Internet Security automatic renewal so the license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. Regarding the AVG MyAccount issues, I request you to share a screenshot of your AVG MyAccount, "MyProduct" page to assist you further.

In my account log in it says I don't have any subscriptions for my paid version of AVG Internet Security but this past spring, it automatically renewed. I got an email back in the spring, stating it would renew I need not do anything. I want to keep the program I paid for in the spring until it expires, but I don't want it to renew as I am getting a new computer in the next few weeks. I typically renew in the spring (March-April) but I do not want my card charged for 2018. Since it says I do not have subscriptions, how do I keep it from renewing like it did this past February? Also, my credit card information has changed from the last one I used. I will purchase AVG again when I get the new computer. I'm not concerned about a refund or losing some months of what I already have paid for. I just want to keep my card (which has changed) from being charged in the future. Please help. It's complicated since my account says I don't have a subscription but it renewed anyway!

Thank you Alok. After posting this, I did initiate chat with AVG and spoke with Patrick who helped me in real time set my account so it will not automatically renew in 2018 because I will be getting a new computer before then. My current AVG Internet Security will continue to work until it's expire date of April 7, 2018 or until I get the new computer. I think my concern has been appropriately resolved. I just did not want it to automatically renew in 2018 in case I was between computers and had a different OS. Patrick set it to no automatic renewals. Thank you for your help as well.
