Canceling free subscription

I just signed up for a free trial but didn't realize until it was final that it was for AVG Secure Identity. To sign in I have to give too much personal information including my Social Security number! NOPE not happening. I was looking for something totally different. I have not finished my account setup because I will not provide that information. BUT I have entered my credit card information to get the free trial.
I WANT TO CANCEL THIS SUBSCRIPTION AND REMOVE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION!
