I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have a active license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) on your account that expires on 8th September 2018.
The reason for this license not appearing on AVG my account page is due to the server issue. It can be fixed if you provide the screenshot of AVG my account "My products" page.

Are you trying to cancel auto renewal for the renewed license or get refund for it?
Hi,
I tried to cancel my renewal subscription. I logged in and followed steps to cancel. But it dodnt show my product. Also said the site was being updated.
Just wondering how I can get around this?
