Canceling paid subscription

I seem to be stuck in a loop. I want to cancel my subscription, when I follow instructions in end up on my subscriptions status it says not available! I also tried to log into another email I might have used but they don't recognize it! I keep looking but I always end up on the page where I can't see unsubscribe.
