I'm using AVG Ultimate. It's simply time to move on and I want to cancel. Following the directions given for this process, the option to Cancel never shows itself. The option to "Renew Early" is available but never the Cancel.
I did leave a message on the support page but I don't see that it's been sent or moved anywhere.
Any ideas?

You have purchased AVG Ultimate from our reseller. These products do not have auto renewal option. If needed, you can renew it early from your end and then the renewal option will get enabled.
Now you will not be charged further for renewal.
