Cancellation and refund of subscription

Hi  Renier,

On checking your account, we could see that you have been charged 401.35ZAR for the renewal of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) on 2019.7.15.

We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

Information about your subscription, including instructions on how to unsubscribe from future renewals, are included in all order confirmation emails. We also send a notice by email before the charge takes place (except for monthly subscriptions).

When your subscription is extended, we send an additional order confirmation email.This also contained information on how to unsubscribe

Can we proceed with the refund?

I urgently need to cancel my subscription and request refund, I am no longer interested.

Urgently requesting refund that was deducted from my bank account today. Cancel subscription with immediate effect after my refund. Who can assist me?
