I would like to cancel a subscription I never agreed to renew as well I request refund.
In Israel the supplier is requested to remind the customer that a subscription is being renewed.
The customer will be charged for the discount given as a promotion .at the time of the subscription
By the way, in this case there was no promotion discount given

You have been charged $89.99 for the renewal of AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) (2 Years) license on 3rd August 2019.
Since auto renewal service is enabled for its first purchase, this charge was debited automatically.

The auto renewal charge will always be the current price of the product and doesn't renew according to the discount that you received for the first purchase.
