Cancellation and Refund?

Maybe the email went to my spam folder. I don't know. I was waiting for money in my Paypal account, and the day it arrived, this happens, so I'm pissed. It looks to me like the money is already transferred. I'd rather go with Malwarebytes anyway.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unaware about AVG Ultimate automatic renewal when you purchase it (2016.12.28) the automatic renewal was accepted. If a subscription is turned on, email notification about automatic renewal is sent 45 days before the end of prepaid subscription period (expiration date). However, your AVG has been renewed automatically before 15 days of the subscription period. I see that you have already cancelled automatic renewal for AVG Ultimate. The license will not be renewed and no money will be taken from your account for the renewal. If you still want to receive a refund for this subscription the please reply to me here, I'll request a refund in your behalf.

AVG just charged my account $100 without giving me heads up, so I just cancelled it. If I had been given an email notification a week ago, I might have been willing to keep it, but since they can't even give me that, I cancelled.

The website said I successfully cancelled, and I got an email saying the same, but no mention whatsoever about a refund. I want my $100 back. Why would there be no mention of a refund?

I don't have the refund yet. How long does it take?
