Good afternoon
I cancelled my subscription in September of this year which expires in January 2022. I was informed that the auto billing was now disabled.
I have now received notice that this subscription was automatically renewed in October 2021 and my bank account was debited with the cost
Therefor I am requesting that the auto billing is cancelled immediately and that a refund is made as soon as possible.
