Both has the auto renewal enabled and hence you will be charged for the renewal automatically.
Since you mentioned that you don't wish to continue using the AVG subscription, we would like to inform you that for advanced protection it is recommended to use the AVG Protection program that you already have.

Charles, Also with Win 10 Windows Defender is re-classified as an AntiVirus prog which can conflict with AVG so Defender is therefore disabled when AVG is installed.
