Cancellation of all current AVG products

We're sorry to know that you've decided to cancel the subscription.
Upon checking your account, we see that you've AVG Internet Security & Password protection.
We've cancelled the automatic renewal of Password protection & an email confirming the same has been sent to you.
Whereas, automatic renewal of AVG Internet Security has been already cancelled. Hence, there would be no further renewals on your account.

I have had a new hard drive installed on my laptop and upgraded to Windows 10.  I do NOT have any AVG products on either my laptop, tablet or android phone.  I received an email to say a subscription would be taken from my bank account on the 29th July 2019. I have instructed my bank not to pay this or any other subscriptions requested.  Can you please make sure that I do not have any further cause to contact you with relation to this.
