I want to cancel auto renewal of 2 annual charges made in May for AVG anti virus product I originally purchased for an old laptop around 2014. This lap top has not been used for 5 years now as it was hacked along with the e -mail address used at the time. However, every year since, I continue to be charged for a product I no longer use and don't require.
How can I cancel this and obtain a refund for some of the years charges?
