I understand that you want refund for the purchase of AVG Internet Security. I have escalated your request to the refund team and the refund was initiated. After the recent update, you will not have AVG Zen dashboard along with the installation of AVG Internet Security.
In regards to your reply - please cancel the AVG Internet Security order number 1295xxx0338 for the amount of $73.99 paid to Digital River Ireland Ltd. - I do not need this coverage as I have the other coverage and have been satisfied with the other coverage AVG has provided for me for the past number of years.
Please credit my PayPal account accordingly and notify me of the same. Also please update my e-mail address to read xxxx@kaslo.org as I have relocated and no longer have the option of Telus being my internet provider. It is very difficult to receive and not possible to reply or forward any emails addressed to xxxx@telus.net.
I also do not want to download the Zen portion of the coverage as it has very poor reviews and I have known of individuals having to take their computers to have it removed professionally to avoid it causing computer malfunctions.
I look forward to you addressing this situations as soon as possible and crediting my account accordingly.
