Cancellation of AVG Tune up

I understand the inconvenience.
The email regarding auto renewal should have been sent to the email address that you used during the purchase of AVG and if it is not found in inbox then it should be in spam or junk folder.
I see that you have been charged for the AVG PC TuneUp (1 computer) renewal since it had auto renewal in active state.
If you aren't interested to continue using this renewal then you can apply for refund using this link: https://support.avg.com/RefundForm .
If you would like to fix the issue with AVG my account showing as "no subscriptions" then please provide the screenshot of AVG my account "My Products" page.

I did not receive an email relating to AVG tune up renewal, yet I've been billed.
I would like to cancel this subscription. please inform how to do this  as "no subscriptions" is showing on my profile.
