Cancellation of AVG TuneUp subscription

Hello Ulrich,

I'll help you with the necessary information for this charge.

You have been charged for the auto renewal of AVG Tune Up Unlimited.

This order was placed because you agreed to automatic extensions of your Subscription Period when you originally purchased your AVG product. We can assure you that we have not processed any unauthorized payments from your card or account.

We sent an email notification 30 days prior to the order being placed to let you know in advance that this payment was due. This also contained information on how to cancel your Subscription.

I have sent you an email, please reply to the email with the requested information.

Thanks for your information .
I would like to inform you as following :

  1. I can not remember me that I have sent you any order for this product or any subcription at all ??
  2. It seems to me that you are using my credit card without any authorization from my side ? 
  3. This is absolutely unacceptable to me . Please stop the debit of my credit card immediately ! 
  4. I do not wish an subscription for AVG TuneUp !!!
  5. And finally the price you will charge me is absolutely unacceptable to me .
I am looking forward to your immediate response and reconfirmation of my cancellation and your confirmtion that you have cancelled the debit of my visa credit card.

If I would wish any subscription I do expect first a repsective quotation from your side and a reconfirmation from my side. 
This is the way how it works !!
