We have initiated the refund for this charge and an email has been sent explaining its status.
The account also have AVG password protection which is expiring on 27th August 2019 and has auto renewal enabled.
Do you wish to cancel the auto renewal service as you already have password protection on another account?
Your email of 24/2/2019 advised you had renewed my subscription for AVG Ultimate which I did not authorise. I have not replied to your emails requesting another credit card number nor press "Renew Now" as I did not want to renew this product I can only assume you have taken my other card number from a previous transaction which I certainly do no condone. Please arrange a refund immediately.
