Unfortunately, there isn't an option to cancel free trial orders from AVG MyAccount. However, you can always cancel it using the link in the renewal notification e-mail. You will receive this e-mail 10 days prior to trial expiry.
We couldn't locate any trial orders of AVG TuneUp Unlimited under the e-mail address you used to contact us here. If you wish to cancel it from our end, please do provide us with the requested information in the e-mail we sent.
